HOW TO USE LYNE FIT

The design of the Lyne FIT makes it deal for endurance sports such as running and walking, as well as football, handball, basketball, rugby, cycling and golf.

When you slip the Lyne FIT on, the tensors should sit on your shoulders as well as on your lower back and hips.

The clips at the front of the Lyne FIT have 3 adjustable levels and must be placed symmetrically for the proper functioning of the stimulation provided by the tensors.

The tensors integrated into the Lyne FIT have a strength factor of 2 making it suitable for the extra exertion of sporting activities. We recommend the Lyne UP for prolonged use, which has tensors with a strength factor of 1.

Excellent product!!! I highly recommend it to anyone who suffers from chronic back pain. After having tried dozens of methods (including yoga ;-) ) percko has literally changed my life!
