SHIPPING

Shipping is free worldwide (excluding tariffs), and guaranteed to be delivered within 4 working days in Europe. For addresses outside Europe, please allow 10 working days for your PERCKO parcel to be delivered.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You have 100 days to exchange your PERCKO product. To do so, please return your product along with the printed return form and the original dispatch note to the following address:

Generate the return form

As soon as we have received your product, we will send you the new product you desire. You must return the product in good condition in its original packaging.

REFUNDS

You have 100 days to request a refund for your PERCKO product. To do so, please return your product along with the printed return and the original dispatch note form to the following address:

Generate the return form

As soon as we have received your product, we will refund you within a period of 15 days. You must return the product in good condition in its original packaging.

You will be refunded for the unit price of the returned product. If you benefited from a multibuy discount and don't return all the ordered items, you will be refunded the difference between the total paid and the unit price without the discount.

Shipping costs for returns

The customer is responsible for shipping costs in case of a refund or size exchange.

Products with defects

In case of a defective product, PERCKO will be responsible for shipping costs to return the defective product and will replace it immediately.
