I would like a refund: what is the process?

You have up to 100 days to request a refund for your Percko product. Simply follow the following steps:

1. Please fill and email this form to contact@percko.com

2. Send your product back with the original dispatch note, to the following address. We recommend Royal Mail unsigned tracked options.

The product must be returned in good condition. Once the product is received, you will be fully refunded for the amount of your returned product. If you have benefited from a promotion requiring the purchase of two products and you return your order partially, you will be reimbursed the difference between the amount paid and the unit price without promotion. Please note that the cost of returning a product for a refund is the responsibility of the customer.
