When you use Loop, whether you are standing, sitting or lying down, pressure is applied to the muscles around the spine. The muscles are stretched and massaged to create muscle relaxation and release tension.
When you have muscle contractions, it can be a little painful to use. Always allow time for your muscles to relax and avoid applying heavy pressure directly to them.
